Girls Recreational Gymnastics
GIRLS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Emeralds (Ages 5-7)
Diamonds (Ages 8 & up)
The focus of these classes will be on the four Olympic events: Floor, Vault, Beam, and Bars. They will also have the opportunity to work on the trampoline, tumble trak, mini-trampolines, various tumbling aides, rope, and the rock wall. They will also learn how to stretch properly along with strength and conditioning. Rec gymnastics classes are a great way to enjoy the wonderful sport of gymnastics.
